Software pro laserové značení

 

Uživatelsky přívětivé a flexibilní operace: V závislosti na konfiguraci příslušného systému nebo stroje jsou k dispozici dvě výkonná uživatelská rozhraní FOBA MarkUS a FOBA Draw.

 

FOBA MarkUS: Jako řídicí centrum pro všechny aplikace související se značením, které se nacházejí ve většině systémů FOBA, je FOBA MarkUS pohodlné grafické rozhraní pro návrh, zároveň i vysoce výkonný software pro ovládání laserového značícího systému. Volitelně lze software vybavit kamerovými systémy IMP a Point & Shoot. MarkUs obsahuje ovládání os a podporuje laserování pro vytváření impozantního značení ve stupních šedi. Je kompatibilní s mnoha laserovými značícími systémy a značícími stroji FOBA a je dostupný v různých jazycích.

 

FOBA Draw se používá k vytváření značících úloh pro značící aplikace a obecné značící aplikace (sériová čísla, čárové kódy, 2D kódy) a také ovládání laseru. Vysoce výkonné uživatelské rozhraní, které je kompatibilní s laserovými značícími systémy FOBA a je dostupné v různých jazycích a které se také osvědčilo ve stovkách implementací po celém světě.

Intelligent Mark Positioning (IMP)
    • WYSIWYG vision system for the precise position detection of parts/ to-be-processed Positioning (IMP) areas and automatic alignment of marking, engraving or finishing (hardware is in - cluded, two USB ports are required). Pre and post mark verification is included. Post mark verification will pass fail on mark position, orientation and scale.
